The Sunlight Store will gladly offer you an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order if you change your mind provided that:

- All items are unworn and in original brand new condition
- All packaging and tags remain attached and intact
- The item(s) is/are sent immediately after exchange approval. Items received over 5 days after authorisation will not be accepted.
- The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided
- All items for exchange will be thoroughly inspected and assessed. The Sunlight Store reserves the right to deny any exchange requests that do not meet the above requirements. The full cost of return postage in addition to the postage of any replacement items is at the expense of the customer.


The Sunlight Store does not offer refunds for change of mind. A refund will only be issued where an item is deemed faulty beyond repair or if a replacement of the same item is unavailable for exchange.

All pieces are quality checked prior to dispatch. For all faulty returns, The Sunlight Store will assess the fault and reserves the right to repair or replace the pieces. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.

The Sunlight Store does not cover any costs associated with return postage and handling — this cost is at your own expense. A return will only be considered if a return request has been lodged and a unique Returns Authorization Number issued.

We recommend using Registered Australia Post Express or Registered International Post with insurance to return items to The Sunlight Store and we advise you to take note of your tracking number. The Sunlight Store is not responsible or accountable for the loss of items being returned.

Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN to request your Return Authorisation Number (RA) within 5 days of receiving your order.
Include in the email your customer order number, and which item(s) you would like to exchange/refund and the reasons for your return.
Once your refund/exchange has been approved, you will receive an email with your unique RA number and the return address.
Once your return is received, we will notify you by email and process your refund/exchange within 5 business days (please allow an additional 3 days for your refund to appear in your account).
